Hi blog friends,
it’s been such a long time since I’ve done anything for my photo project. I’ve gone through a dry spell- no inspiration. This past weekend, I was with my family and had a chance to play around with my camera and shoot some images of my niece, Isabelle. She is a truly adorable, kind child who always smiles. I remember a long time ago, my cousin threw a small party at his house, and a lot of kids were there throwing their toys around. Before leaving, all toys needed to be picked up. Isabelle started picking up some toys saying, “This is mine. This one is mine…” When she saw an iPhone, she picked it up and said, “This is mine.” We all laughed.
I couldn’t figure out which photo I liked best of Isabelle. I then remembered that today is Tuesday, and I should continue with my “Two-fer Tuesdays”. Here we go!

For those who don’t know Isabelle, maybe you guys can be the judge of these photos. I wanted to capture the her innocence, curiosity and sweet personality through her smile. Did it work? I hope so… 
Yes Irms the quote by Angela Schwidnt is absolutely TRUE. It is funny how life doesn’t seem to have a purpose or direction until you have someone that depends completely upon you. It is a true honor to be a parent even though some people do not recognize that fact while they are in the moment and that to be honest includes me. The little things kinda fade into the background.
